Infinite Tai Chi was a true calling for me and it’s an absolute delight to carry its legacy of Love, Light and Grace along with me every single day as a wonderful reminder of the infinite beings and intelligence that we are, no matter what is happening around us at any given time. 

This beautiful art form over time develops into something rather unique for each and every one of us…  Evolving as we evolve, it becomes part of who we are – our Divine Inspiration – our Unique Soul Expression….  And that is how Tai Chi in the Light has been born.

Through my own inspired teaching an important part of this beautiful moving meditation lies in intuitively guided explanation, contributing to an ambience of peacefulness and deep connection to our true eternal selves, and the sense of Oneness between the energies of our internal and external worlds and of the Universe itself. 

Through each foundational step we are guided to build and balance energy and develop awareness on all levels of mind, body and spirit.  And through ‘ritual` and repetition we provide ourselves with the ‘tools` to create inner expansion and meaningful experience, through our own inspired practice, if we so want, each and every day of our lives.
